Effective October 26, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy describes how OfferingWire (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through our website, accounts, property marketing tools and emails. It applies to visitors, advertisers, account holders and email recipients.
Want to stop marketing emails?
Use the unsubscribe link in any OfferingWire marketing email. You do not need an account. For a privacy request or help with an unsubscribe link, email support@offeringwire.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, company, phone number, account preferences and authentication records. Account records include password authentication data, session identifiers, and session-related IP address and browser information.
- Professional contact and audience information: email address, name, company, job title, broker or investor category, state or country, property interests, deal-size preferences and subscription status.
- Property and campaign content: listings, addresses, prices, photographs, logos, uploaded flyers or HTML, descriptions, broker contact details, campaign subjects, sender names and reply-to addresses.
- Transaction information: purchases, credits, subscription and payment status, and payment-provider reference numbers. Stripe processes payment details through its checkout; our application stores transaction references and status rather than full payment-card numbers.
- Delivery and usage information: campaign recipients, delivery attempts, email-open events, bounces, complaints, opt-outs, website activity and technical request information.
- Communications: information you choose to include in support requests or other communications with us.
2. Where information comes from
We receive information when you create an account, subscribe, enter preferences, upload content, purchase services or contact us. Professional contact records may also be added or imported by our platform administrators. A record being present in our audience does not by itself mean that you created an account or personally subscribed.
We receive delivery, complaint and payment updates from service providers and collect technical and usage information as you interact with the service. You may contact us to ask about the information associated with your email address and its source.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, authenticate access, save flyers, publish listings and fulfill campaign orders.
- Select audiences using professional categories, geography and available preferences, and deliver commercial real estate marketing on behalf of advertisers.
- Process payments, subscriptions, credits and related records.
- Measure delivery and email engagement, maintain suppression lists and handle bounces, complaints and unsubscribe requests.
- Send account and security notices, respond to support and privacy requests, maintain service reliability and investigate misuse.
- Understand website usage, improve the service, keep business records and meet applicable legal obligations.
5. Cookies, analytics and email tracking
Accounts and drafts. Authentication uses cookies and session information to keep you signed in. The public flyer builder can hold draft content and selected images in your browser before you sign in and save or send. Clearing browser data or leaving a page can affect unsaved drafts. Blocking required cookies may prevent account features from working.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page views and aggregate usage, including page URLs, referrers, device and browser characteristics and approximate geographic information. Vercel describes this analytics service as not using third-party cookies for visitor identification. Hosting and security request logs are separate from analytics. Read Vercel’s analytics privacy information.
Email-open tracking. Marketing emails include a small remote image associated with a campaign and recipient email address. Loading it can record an email-open event and its time; the request also exposes technical information such as an IP address to the delivery infrastructure. Mail-provider image caching and automatic image loading can affect these measurements. You can restrict remote images in your email application or unsubscribe from marketing.
Browser signals. The website does not currently have a uniform automated response to browser Do Not Track signals. Contact us about privacy choices or opt-out rights available in your location. A browser setting alone does not unsubscribe an email address from marketing.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
Marketing. Use a marketing email’s unsubscribe link to stop all OfferingWire marketing emails. You can also change the preferences available through that link. Updating preferences does not reactivate an unsubscribed address. Necessary account, payment and security communications are separate from marketing.
Account information. Account holders can update available profile fields in settings and request account deletion through the account controls. To ask about other information, listing removal or deletion beyond the account record, contact us.
Privacy rights. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your information, object to or restrict certain uses, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or opt out of a sale, sharing or targeted-advertising activity covered by applicable law. These rights may be subject to exceptions. You may also have an appeal or regulator-complaint right. We will handle applicable requests without unlawful discrimination.
Send requests to support@offeringwire.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Identify the email address or account involved and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing information. Do not send your password or full payment-card details. If we cannot fulfill a request, you can ask us to explain or review the decision.
7. Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the type of information and why it is needed: operating accounts and campaigns, maintaining transaction records, responding to disputes, preventing abuse and satisfying legal obligations. Retention can also depend on provider backup and log practices.
An account-deletion request does not recall emails already delivered, copies saved by third parties or information on external websites. Some transaction, security and legal records may need to be retained. We retain suppression information as needed to respect opt-outs and avoid sending future marketing; deleting that record indiscriminately could cause an address to be contacted again. Contact us to discuss removal of public content, uploaded files or other records associated with your account.
8. Security and processing locations
We use measures such as HTTPS, account authentication and access restrictions to protect information. No internet service, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your account credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Information may be processed where we or our service providers operate, including the United States. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your location. Contact us with questions about processing locations and any protections applicable to your information.
9. Age requirements
OfferingWire is intended for adults engaged in commercial real estate and is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here with its effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
For privacy questions, requests or help with email preferences, contact OfferingWire at support@offeringwire.com.
